This week’s quote of the fortnight comes from Kurt Vonnegut’s novel, “The Sirens of Titan.” The book centers around Malachi Constant, a millionaire playboy who has been told that one day he will meet sirens on Titan, a moon of Saturn. Tragic, satirical, fatalistic sci-fi ensues.
“. . . but the Universe is an awfully big place. There is room enough for an awful lot of people to be right about things and still not agree.”
